How the work runs
Six steps, and none of them is a meeting. You answer ten questions in about four minutes. Within 24 hours you get a one-page scope, your price and the date I can start. We sign a mutual NDA before any document of yours is opened, you pay through one link, and I build it into your organization on the timeline your scope names, in an isolated environment I operate or on your own keys, as you choose.
What happens when I answer the ten questions?
You answer ten questions. The ten questions replace the discovery call. They are the smallest set that lets me size the work honestly.

What comes back within 24 hours?
I come back within 24 hours. What arrives is a document, not a brochure. One page you can forward to whoever signs.

If the honest answer is that you do not need this, the page will say that instead.
When is the NDA signed, and whose?
We sign a mutual NDA. Confidentiality runs both ways, and it is signed before a single document of yours is opened.

If your company has its own NDA, I sign yours instead. That is not a negotiation.
How do I pay, and when?
You pay through the link. One payment link, issued after the scope is agreed, and the dates in it are then yours.

- Card or transfer. A proper invoice for your finance side
- No retainer. Nothing recurring unless you choose to continue

I build it into the organization. This is development, not configuration: the structure, the agents and the dashboard are made for your company. The timeline was named in your scope before you paid, and it is the one I hold myself to.

Your first dashboard. Delivery is a working session, not a handover email.

What if the work runs over?
If it runs over because I sized it wrong, the overrun is mine, not yours. Anything found along the way that is out of scope goes on a list and is priced separately, never added quietly. Moving the start date once costs nothing.
