Make your business AI driven.
Your decisions, numbers and clients live in heads and chats, so the AI you bought has nothing to read. I embed the layer underneath, developed for your organization, and the cost of running it falls.
Twenty years in business before blockchain, eight in it
I built the infrastructure that puts real assets on chain, wrote the framework I work by, and co-wrote the guide people learned it from in 2019, when this market was still being invented.
Every engagement is developed and delivered personally, for one organization at a time. Your brain runs in an isolated environment I operate, or on your own infrastructure and keys. Your choice, and you can move it fully onto your own keys at any time.
What a second brain is
Your company already knows almost everything it needs. That knowledge sits in heads, inboxes and scattered files, where no tool can read it. A second brain is one connected map of it: every client, deal, person, figure and service gets one page, and pages link the way the facts link in real life.
Three elements, installed together
The knowledge base holds what the company knows. The agents keep it true. The dashboard is how everyone else sees it. None of the three is worth much alone.
The knowledge base
Everything the company knows, in ordinary files on storage you own. Originals kept exactly as they arrived; one page per client, deal, person and service; approved figures, each with an owner; pages linked so the shape is visible.
The agents
Software workers with one job each, running in your brain's own environment. They file what arrives, update what changed, flag contradictions and stale facts, and every fact names the document it came from.
The AI dashboard
A private address where the state of the company is visible at a glance: what is contradicted, stale or unowned; where the money went and what is committed; which clients have gone quiet, and for how long. Regenerated by the agents, never by hand, and read access for everyone who needs it.
Six steps, and none of them is a meeting
I would rather spend the hour building than introducing. This is the whole path from this page to your first dashboard.
You answer ten questions
Four minutes, right here. Enough for me to size the work honestly.
I come back within 24 hours
A one page scope, your price, and the date I can start.
We sign a mutual NDA
Both directions, before a single document of yours is opened.
You pay through the link
One payment link, and the dates in your scope are then yours.
We build it
Development, on the timeline your scope named and I hold myself to.
Your first dashboard
Delivered live, with the first audit of what it already found.
Developed for one company
There is no package to choose and no template to configure. The structure is designed around how your organization actually works, the agents are written for the jobs it actually repeats, and the number follows from what comes in. It arrives with your scope inside 24 hours.
- An inventory of where decisions, money, clients and access actually live today
- A structure built for your organization, not lifted from a template
- Approved figures, each with a named owner
- Your own material turned into linked pages: one per client, deal, person and service
- Finance, clients, communication and spend brought into the same record
- The systems you already run, connected and tested against it
- Agents that file what arrives, update what changed and flag what contradicts
- A dashboard on a private address, regenerated from the record and never by hand
- Written rules: what goes in, who owns which figure, what nobody may touch
- Your team trained on it, recorded, and an audit of what the record found wrong on the way in
A record nobody feeds goes stale in weeks, so the work does not end at handover.
- The agents keep running, so the record stays true without anyone maintaining it by hand
- Contradictions, stale facts and unowned figures surface as they appear, not at audit time
- New parts of the organization come into the record as they become worth having there
- I stay on it at the depth your organization needs, month by month
Custom software on top of the record, or replacing a system you already run, is separate work with its own scope. What an engagement is
Your scope, your timeline and your number come back inside 24 hours. They follow the size of the organization, how much of it comes in, and how much material already exists. The ten questions are how I work that out without taking an hour of your time.
Two demonstrations, neither of them a client
The first is my own company: in its first seventy-two hours the record found three things nobody had noticed in months. The second is a listed company read from the outside, from its published documents alone, where the same method found 144 places where its facts disagreed with themselves.
A wrong number, published
A phone number we had published to Google and to AI assistants that was wrong, structured data included.
Sixteen lost inquiries
A contact form that had quietly rejected sixteen live inquiries in one week while accepting two.
A $2,800 gap
A posting error between the bank statements and the journal, found by reconciliation rather than by an accountant.
144 of them were in a listed company’s own published documents. No access, no interviews, no engagement. If that much is visible from outside, the question is what the record looks like inside.
