Nothing else. There is no tracking pixel, no advertising network, and no third party analytics on this page. The site sets no cookies.
To read your brief, size the work honestly, and send you a scope and a price. That is the only use. The basis is the consent you give at the end of the form, and withdrawing it is one email, after which the record is deleted.
Before a brief is accepted, your browser solves a small puzzle the server sets. It is not a captcha service: no image to identify, no third party script, no cookie, and nothing about you is measured or sent anywhere. Its only purpose is to make bulk automated submissions expensive, and it is discarded the moment your brief is stored.
The hosting provider keeps ordinary server request logs for a short period, as every web host does. They are not used to profile you and they are not joined to your brief.
In a private database used only for these briefs, readable only by me. It is not sold, and it is not passed to anyone who would use it for their own purposes.
Two providers hold it while acting on my instructions and on nothing else: a hosted database that stores the brief, and an email service that delivers the notification to me. Both are in the United States. Neither uses your brief for anything of their own, and no other party receives it.
Twelve months from the day it arrives, unless we start working together, in which case it is kept with the engagement records. Ask me to delete it sooner and I will, the same day.
No document of yours is opened before a mutual non-disclosure agreement is signed by both sides. During an engagement your brain runs either in an isolated environment I operate for you alone (a separate repository, encrypted storage and its own credentials, under a data processing agreement signed with the NDA), or on your own infrastructure and your own keys. You choose at the start and can move it fully onto your own keys at any time. When an engagement ends, you keep everything and I keep no copy of your material.
Ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be erased. One email is enough and there is no form to fill in.
